Our Eagle Leaders

Vova Bilik: Vova serves as youth pastor in a Pentecostal church in Sumy. He graduated from our Youth Ministry School in 2004.

Sergey Bogomazuk: Sergey serves as pastor of the oldest Methodist church in Ukraine – Evangelical Methodist in Uzhgorod. He is also the rector of John Wesley College in Uzhgorod. He graduated from our Mentorship Program in 2000.

Volodya Demidovich: Volodya serves as youth pastor of Good News Church, the mother church of the Church of God denomination. We completed coaching his church in 2007.

Dima Dishlavoy: Dima serves as youth pastor of Victory Church in Brovary (Kyiv Oblast). He is currently enrolled in the Youth Ministry School.

Andre Doroshuk: Andre serves as the Transcarpatia regional youth leader for the Church of the Living God denomination. We completed coaching his church in Uzhgorod in 2006.

Pasha & Tanya Karyakini: Pasha and Tanya serve as youth leaders of Kemerovo Christian Center, a Russian Evangelical Church in Siberia. They graduated from our Russian team’s Perspectiva course and are now coaching churches in their denomination.

Sasha Kulbich: Sasha was in the first class of Ukrainians who earned a BA degree in youth ministry. He had previously graduated from our Youth Ministry School and has over a decade of experience in youth ministry. He is currently the director of youth ministries for our partner – Ukrainian Center for Christian Cooperation.

Alla Moskolenko: Alla serves as youth leader at Good News Church, a Pentecostal church in Verkhnidneprovsk. We completed coaching her church in 2007.

Kostya Agoshkov: Kostya serves as youth leader at Good News Chruch, a Russian Evangelical church in Kemerovo.

Andre Alkhimovich: Andre serves as youth leader in church we coached in Belarus.

Sasha Artemonovi: Sasha serves as youth leader at Word of Life Church, a Charismatic church in Melitopol. His church organizes an annual youth conference for Charismatic churches in Ukraine. Hundreds of youth attend and dozens of youth leaders.

Kiril & Natasha Gorakhini: Kiril and Natasha serve as youth leaders of Fire of Revival Church in Dnepropetrovsk, the largest church in the Church of God denomination. Their church was our pilot church in the new coaching format and completed the training in 2006.

Vladimir Lisenko: Vladimir serves as youth leader at Good News Church, a Charismatic church in Chernomorsk, Crimea.

Masha Merensova: Masha serves as youth leader in church we coached in Belarus.

Zhenya Pflarmer: Zhenya serves as youth leader at Voice of Truth, a Russian Evangelical church in Kemerovo.

Sergey Pochernin: Sergey serves as youth leader at Good News Church, a Charismatic church in Yevpatoria, Crimea.

Kiril Prostkovi: Kiril serves as youth leader at Good Change church in Mariupol, a member of the Church of God.
